Product details
Mold testing is the process of testing a product or material under conditions that are conducive to mold growth, in order to assess its resistance to mold. Evaluate the different degrees of mold growth and the surface changes and performance effects caused by mold on products, providing necessary basis for material selection, manufacturing, packaging, etc.
Qualification and Capability:
Approved by China Metrology Certification (CMA) and China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS).
Scope of application:
Mold testing can be conducted for military equipment, electronic products, instruments, components, and materials.
Testing standards:
GB/T 2423.16-2008 "Environmental testing for electrical and electronic products - Part 2: Test methods - Test J and guidelines: Mold growth"
RTCA/DO-160E/F/G Airborne Equipment Environmental Conditions and Test Procedures
Test cycle:
28 days for sample appearance inspection and 84 days for performance inspection.
Scope of application (selection of bacterial strains):
Table 1 lists two commonly used bacterial strains. During the experiment, one group was selected, and if necessary, additional strains can be added on top of the selected group.
